Hey Jonny, I can help thinking that your face is too soft and not angular enough to be both sexy, yet cruel - and I wonder too, if you self-imposed criteria about being super-realistic is inhibiting an obvious change you should be making; I just think you might need some exaggeration (though obviously kept within the bounds of realism) - so, check out these faces, with strong features - i.e. 'big' eyes, 'high' cheek bones...

At the moment, your Medusa has a soft 'David Cameron' face, and I encourage you to re-consider her cheek bones, eye-size and jaw-shape...
