Snake Hair Progress

I've been working on the head snakes. I decided to make them perfectly straight to be able to lay out the UV's easily.
Above is the snake model at first. Including the metal jaws.
Below the jaw is open:

I also made a control curve that allows me to open and close the jaw.
I then used a series of Joints skinned to the geometry. This will allow me to pose them.

I then duplicated these out and placed them into the head dress.
And now they are ready to pose :

UV's layed out, skinned and rigged, ready to pose.
