Crow Model

I've been modeling a Crow today, and made a quick pose to test it. Still needs a lot of work, I'm not sure if I'm even going to keep all of the individual feathers. Just figuring it out. I'm looking at recreating the concept below in 3D. It's by an artist called Anarkitty - and it's an Alfred Hitchcock tribute. I rather like the image! :)
