Stupid UV problem - Help please!

When I rotate the jaw joint the UV's move too. I'm almost sure it's that there are some projection history nodes, but I can't delete the history here because of the head skin... It'll remove it. Remove Non Deformer history doesn't work here too. I guess I'm going to have to just reskin the head, but I wonder if anyone has any ideas around this?
